Daily Delight Devotional – Thursday, June 8 2023

She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”

Matthew 9:21, NIV

This woman that had been sick for twelve good years created an opportunity of healing for herself without stress or worry. She didn’t pity herself but she was strong in faith and possessed creative thinking which located opportunities for her.

There are opportunities for the children of God in the kingdom. Life is full of countless opportunities but only those who know how to maximize them get the most out of them.

Opportunities come in different dimensions. You have to be sensitive to know what to do to move to the next level. Never give room to the devil to torment your mind or get you troubled. Instead, open your mind to be exposed to the enlightenment you see. You just have to utilize or seize the chances that present opportunities for you. There are open doors or sets of circumstances and contacts that bring promotion and fulfilment into your life. There may be doorways to new levels, ladders of advancement, miracles, or lifts to new heights. Sometimes, opportunities have presented themselves to you and you couldn’t maximize them because you didn’t prepare to seize them. It is time to reposition yourself for a renewed opportunity.

Insight: God allows life to bring opportunities your way. Get prepared to seize it.

Prayer: Father, remove anything in me that can cause me not to maximize the opportunities you send to me in the name of Jesus.
