Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job.
– Job 32:3, KJV
Never condemn what people condemn in you or about you. It may be that is the only courage you need when people you love and trust choose to condemn or abandon you. This was the experience of Job; he was expecting encouragement from his friends but they agreed together to condemn him. Sometimes a situation you can not handle or find a solution may hold you captive because those that should have stood by you blame and condemn you. You are responsible to believe what people say about you or your life than you know and understand about yourself. The fact that you love people or trust believers does not mean they will not hate or separate from you. You will be in perpetual bondage when you choose the contrary things people say about you and you will be in victory when you choose to abide by what God says about you. Living in condemnation is frustration in disguise. What you are doing may not be wrong, but you may be giving your attention to the wrong minds. Learn to live beyond what people condemn in your life. Surprisingly, if what people condemn in you helps you, those that condemn it will come back to your life.
Insight: Giving your attention to distractions will not help you with good intentions. The knowledge of the good things you know about yourself will help you with the courage to overcome condemnation from people.
Prayer: Father, I rebuke the power of condemnation from my haters. May your grace lift me above condemnation in Jesus’ name. Amen.
