Daily Delight Devotional – Sunday, September 24 2023

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost

– Matthew 28:19

Jesus said, “Go”. Jesus commanded the church to take the initiative in soul-winning and evangelism and to go. You are the church. Therefore, you are not to sit within the four walls of the Church thinking how souls will come in, but prepare your mind prayerfully and be equipped to go for Jesus to win souls.

A church that is not going cannot be growing. A believer who does not evangelise soon grows cold because you are and we are commanded to “go”.

You must really go!

This is a notice that Jesus was giving the church; a world vision, a commission to go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature – that is the vision of the church and you as a believer can be a vital part of that vision.

Insight: This is a great commission backed up by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is to enable you to preach the Gospel effectively to lost humanity and bring them back to God.

Prayer: Father, engrace my life with the spirit of soulwiñning in the name of Jesus
