Daily Delight Devotional – Monday, November 6, 2023

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.

Romans 12:2 (KJV)

It’s crucial to break free from conforming to the world’s ways, or you’ll face the consequences, and your mind will remain unrenewed. To prevent this, make an immediate shift in your direction. Don’t let your mind be shaped by the world’s system or wickedness. It takes a high level of spirituality to transform and renew your troubled, lazy, and undisciplined mind.

Your problems begin in your thoughts. You think, program, dwell, and act. This is true for anger, bitterness, impatience, lust, greed, and other sins. When you apply God’s Word and engage in meditation to cleanse your mind, you gradually develop a new mindset. This prepares you for success and excellent results.

Insight: Salvation is immediate, but renewing your mind to a new mindset is a progressive journey as you continue to meditate on God’s Word.

Prayer: Father, grace me with the ability to renew my mind through Your Word for a new mindset in the name of Jesus.
