And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:
Genesis 13:14
God told Abram to step into a new location that would be a blessing to him. God did not make a mistake in locating you where you are. It is from that place God wants to begin to expand, enlarge, and increase you. When God directed Elijah to relocate to a place that seemed limited and disadvantaged, God made the place a miracle arena. If God directs you to a place or location and you feel disadvantaged, know that God wants you to stay focused and experience wonders, starting “from the place where thou art.”
You must not despise the days of small beginnings. Be faithful and diligent at your location because the seed of greatness has already been planted. Your harvest will certainly come. What God revealed to you, He wants you to know what you should do, and He is not going to do it for you. He expects your obedience for your miracle to show up in your location.
When you play your part and release your faith in God to play His part, then a miracle happens. When you do what God has asked you to do, you remove the obstacles in the way of the flow of His power, and you prepare yourself to receive the blessings He loves to impart.
Insight: You have to be willing, you have to be open. There must be a strong desire and longing in your heart. There has to be a definite commitment to obedience. If you lift your eyes, you will see your right location.
Prayer: Father, direct me to my rightful location in the name of Jesus.
