Daily Delight Devotional – Friday, December 22, 2023

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 41:10

Fear is faith’s biggest enemy. It has taken many people captive, hindering success and achievement. Fear torments. But God has granted us victory over it. Meditating on God’s Word dispels the darkness of fear and sets us free. God repeatedly says, “Fear thou not.” Choose today to live by faith, for “the just shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17 KJV).

Insight: Fear is a spirit from the pit of hell; cast it out of your life.

Prayer: Father, let the spirit of fear disappear from my life in the name of Jesus.
