Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.

Proverbs 27:1

Do not delay the tasks set before you. “Boast not thyself of tomorrow,” warns the Bible, “for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.” If God has given you a vision, start tackling it immediately. Procrastination has stolen many good visions. You may have received a revelation but constantly postpone the day of action. Deal decisively with procrastination, or it may pose a danger, preventing you from doing anything worthwhile with God’s plan or vision for your life.

Insight: If you don’t respond promptly to God’s assignments, He will raise someone else to do the job.

Prayer: Father, deliver me from the spirit of procrastination in the name of Jesus.
