Daily Delight Devotional – Monday, May 5, 2025

So God created man in his own image… male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.’

– Genesis 1:27–28, NIV

From the beginning, God had a divine blueprint for families. He didn’t just create individuals—He created a family structure to reflect His nature of love, unity, and purpose. Families are meant to be fruitful, multiply, and establish dominion in the earth.

God’s promises to families are rooted in covenant. When a man and woman align with God’s design in love and unity, heaven’s blessings are commanded over their household. Every family that honours God becomes a carrier of generational grace.

To unlock these promises, we must return to God’s original intent — honour His Word, establish order, and build on the foundation of His truth.

Insight: Your family is not random; it is God-ordained for impact and influence.

Prayer: Lord, restore the divine pattern in my family. Let Your blessings rest upon us as we walk in obedience to Your will.
