Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.

– Ephesians 5:25

Being a husband is not just about providing money or being in charge. It is about loving like Jesus. Christ loved the church so deeply that He gave His life for her. That is the kind of love a husband must show to his wife.

Real husbands protect, support, and serve their wives. They listen, they care, and they build a strong bond based on love and sacrifice. A godly husband prioritises his wife above all else, including work, friends, and even extended family.

Marriage is not a competition. It is a partnership. When a man truly loves his wife, the whole family benefits. The home becomes peaceful, joyful, and full of God’s presence.

Insight: Loving your wife like Christ is the highest call of a husband.

Prayer: Father, help me to love my wife like You love me. Teach me to lead with gentleness, care, and truth. Let my home be a place of peace and love. Amen.
