Daily Delight Devotional – Monday, June 23, 2025

Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me.

– Psalm 40:7

Every man is born with a message. You are not an accident. God designed you for a reason. Your life is part of a bigger story, and in that story, you have a role to play. In this verse, Jesus says, “Lo, I come…” showing that He knew His assignment. In the same way, God wants every man to know why he is here.

When a man understands his message, he lives with purpose. His time, words, and actions all point in one direction. His life is no longer about pleasing himself, but about pleasing God. People can see that there is something different about him. His presence brings light. His words bring hope.

Your message should always point people to Jesus. It should reflect truth, love, and righteousness. You may not stand on a stage to preach, but your daily life is a message to the world. Be bold about your faith. Be clear about your values. And let your life say, “I am here for a reason.”

Insight: God has written something special about you. Live it out with boldness.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for giving me a message to carry. Help me to understand my purpose and to walk in it daily. Let my life bring glory to You and lead others to Jesus. Amen.
