That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

– John 3:6

God made you new when you gave your life to Jesus. This change was not on the outside but deep inside your heart. God gave you a new spirit so you can live a strong and happy life every day. His life in you helps you grow and walk in His love.

This new life means you do not have to feel weak or lost. The Holy Spirit now lives in you to help you walk like Jesus. Jesus was bold and calm because He trusted His Father. You can do the same because God’s power is in you.

Today, think about the new life God has put in you. Say to yourself that you are not ordinary. God made you new so you can live with peace, joy, and strength.

Insight: God gave me a new life so I can live strong.

Prayer: Lord, help me live with the new life You gave me.
