Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

Fasting is not a show. It is not just a tradition. Fasting is a spiritual work God gives His people. Some battles cannot be won by talking alone. God teaches us that fasting with prayer brings greater manifestations.

When we fast, we deny the flesh and give more attention to God. We pray more, listen more, and obey more. Fasting helps our spirit to grow strong and our faith to rise. It helps us stand firm when the enemy tries to resist.

Today, take fasting seriously. Pray as you fast. Trust God for a clear change. You will see God’s power in your life.
