Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation of our faith. Without the resurrection, Christianity would only be a story from history. But the resurrection proves that Jesus is alive and that His power is still at work today.

When Jesus rose from the grave, He defeated sin, death, and every force of darkness. That victory did not only belong to Him. It was also given to everyone who believes in Him.

Because Christ is alive, your life can rise above defeat, shame, and limitation. The resurrection power of God is not only something we celebrate during Easter. It is a reality that works in the life of every believer.

Today, remember that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in you.

Prayer: Father, help me live daily in the power of the resurrection.
