“And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.”
John 11:43 —
Lazarus had been dead for four days. His family was grieving, and everything around him suggested that his story had ended.
But Jesus came to the tomb and called him by name.
What appeared impossible to everyone became possible through the power of Jesus.
Perhaps you are facing a situation that seems beyond repair. It may be a disappointment, a failed opportunity, a difficult family situation, or a dream that appears to have ended.
Remember that your present condition does not have the final word over your life.
People may have given up on you. Circumstances may appear hopeless. You may even have stopped expecting anything good.
But God’s Word is greater than your circumstances.
Do not allow what has happened to you to determine what you believe God can still do through your life.
God did not bring you through what you have experienced so that you would remain where you were.
Rise in faith and keep trusting Him.
Insight: Your present condition cannot cancel what God is able to accomplish in your life.
Prayer: Father, speak Your Word into every difficult situation in my life. Restore my hope and strengthen my faith. Let every area of my life that has experienced stagnation receive fresh grace to move forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
