Daily Delight Devotional – Friday, September 29 2023

And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry

– I Timothy 1:12, KJV

God counted Paul faithful that He put him into the ministry and endowed him with spiritual gifts. Faithfulness is strongly emphasized in the Scriptures as a cornerstone in divine services. In the last days, God is going to reward only the “good and faithful” servant (Matthew 25:21).

Unfaithfulness is why many people fail in life. Just choose to be faithful and you will never fail. God’s people down the ages accomplished God’s vision for their lives and did so on the platform of faithfulness. The Scriptures speaking about Moses say he was faithful in all his house, and that has become a testimony in his favour.

And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after.

– Hebrews 3:5

Faithfulness is a trademark of every believer. Please stay faithful.

Insight: Unfaithfulness is a killer of vision.

Prayer: Father, destroy every power of unfaithfulness in my life in the name of Jesus.
