Once more I shake not only the earth but also heaven… so that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

God loves you too much to leave harmful habits in place.
He shakes what is weak so what is strong can stay.

This discipline is kind, not harsh.
It removes what harms and leaves love, peace, and a sound mind.

Do not rush the process.
Each day let God shape your thoughts and actions.
The result will last.

Insight: Transformation is steady. God removes what can fall and keeps what is eternal.

Prayer: Lord, I welcome Your work in me. Shake away every ungodly part and leave what is true. Amen.
