And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

– Exodus 23:25

God can heal you when you are sick, and that is good. However, He has something even better. He wants to keep sickness far from you. This is called divine health, when you live strong and safe in His care.

God promised to bless the food and water of His people and to take sickness away from them. This shows His desire to protect them, not just rescue them after trouble comes. Divine health lets you serve God with strength.

Ask God to help you walk in divine health. Serve Him with joy. Make choices that support your health, like rest, good food, and peace. Work with God’s plan for your body.

Insight: God’s best is not just to heal you, but to keep you living in health.

Prayer: Lord, help me to walk in Your plan of divine health every day.
