And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down.

Exodus 19:11 (KJV)

God does not appear suddenly without notice. He told the people clearly to be ready because He was coming. This teaches us that God responds to expectation shown through preparation.

When believers prepare through prayer, obedience, and focus, God draws close to them. Careless living and delay in obedience push God’s presence away. Readiness invites divine visitation.

Today, live with expectation. Stay ready in your heart and actions. God will come close to you as you prepare for Him.

Insight: God visits those who stay ready.

Prayer: Lord, help me live ready for Your presence.
