Fasting works best when it has a clear purpose. God wants us to seek Him with focus. When we do not know what we want from God, we can waste time. A clear goal helps your fasting become fruitful.

You can fast for guidance, wisdom, healing, freedom, or strength. As you fast, pray and speak God’s Word. Keep your heart open. God can give direction and reveal what to do.

Today, write your prayer point clearly. Fast with faith and focus. God will answer and lead you.
