Be fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.

— Romans 12:11

God does not give you fire for comfort. He gives you fire for service. If you only pray and read but do nothing for God’s Kingdom, the fire will be reduced.

The early church preached with power, healed the sick, and impacted society. Fire produces heat, light, and power. Your life should bring warmth to people, light to dark places, and power to break strongholds.

Engage in service. Help in church. Encourage someone. Share the gospel. When you serve, your fire grows stronger.

Insight: Service keeps your fire active.

Prayer: Lord, use me for Your Kingdom and keep me fervent in spirit.
