But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
– John 14:26
We must understand that the Holy Spirit will reveal the truth to us only if we fulfil two conditions.
The first condition is that we must be willing to act on that truth. Jesus said, “If anyone chooses to do God’s will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.” (John 7:17 NIV). The principle contained in this statement says, We must be willing to obey the truth, or we will not know the truth.
The second condition is that we must be willing to hold to His teaching. Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples, then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”(John 8:31-32 NIV).
The more you depend on the Holy Spirit, the more He will guide you into all truth.
Insight: The Holy Spirit guides us into all truth. The Holy Spirit bear witness in our spirits to the truth of any matter. The Holy Spirit is faithful and in His time, the truth concerning the issue does become clear.
Prayer: Father, guide me to the truth I don’t know on my way to fulfil destiny in the name of Jesus.
