But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

– Isaiah 53:5

Jesus took your sickness on Himself when He died on the cross. He suffered so that you could live in health and peace. You do not have to carry pain because Jesus already carried it for you.

When you believe this truth, it changes how you see sickness. Instead of fear, you can have peace. Instead of worry, you can thank God for healing that already belongs to you. The cross is proof that God loves you and wants you well.

Today, believe that healing is part of your salvation. Say, “By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed.” Keep saying it until your heart believes it and your body shows it.

Insight: Jesus paid the full price for your healing.

Prayer: Thank You, Jesus, for taking my sickness and giving me Your health.
