And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

Luke 18:1, KJV

Keep praying, and do not become discouraged. No matter how hard a rock is, the persistent blows of the pile driver will ultimately penetrate it. Not just one blow but consistent blows. The word here is persistence. Never give up! There is a saying that until you fail to try, you are not yet a failure. It is not the situation that makes you a failure; rather, it is the failure to try that invariably makes you a failure. You can at least pray and believe that you will receive. You are created a winner; do not give up trying.

The truth is, you cannot fail. Your persistence will invariably wear out any opposition on your path to success. Do not give up. Keep praying. Pray now about your situation. God has brought you to this side of life at this time for a purpose. However, your situation cannot hinder you from accomplishing that purpose unless you willingly allow it. Your situation is an opportunity for you to excel. The antidote to that situation is PRAY, PRAY, and PRAY.

Insight: Remember that Jesus said, “Men always ought to pray and not faint.” Have you prayed today? Pray until the answer comes.

Prayer: Father, engraft me with the spirit and word of prayers daily, in the name of Jesus.
