He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

1 John 4:8 (KJV)

Love is not only something God shows from time to time. Love is who God is. Everything God does flows from His loving nature.

God does not act because He is forced by need or pressure. He acts because love moves Him. Salvation, healing, mercy, and provision are all expressions of His love.

Today, remember that walking in love means reflecting God Himself. Let your words, actions, and attitudes show the love of God clearly.

Insight: Love flows from knowing God.

Prayer: Father, help me reflect Your love in all I do.
