Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him

– Job 13:15, KJV

Spiritual maturity is when you get to a stage in life where you are no longer controlled by what happens to you but driven by what you plan to make happen. Maturity is not a gift of age but growth offered by time. Sometimes, God designed challenges to teach us life lessons. Maturity is intended to deliver courage in the face of challenges and problems. Those who are mature are never controlled by what happens to them because they know it is never the end of life.

Decision-making remains the dividend of maturity. Only those who are mature will make decisions that will be a blessing despite pressing situations around them.

Insight: Anything you plan to make happen is better and greater than what happens to you.

Prayer: Father, engrace me to break forth and break through in all aspects of life in the name of Jesus.
