Daily Delight Devotional – Tuesday, December 5, 2023

For in the time of trouble, he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

– Psalm 27:5

Having an unbroken relationship and fellowship with God is key to a victorious and undefeatable life. If you focus on developing your relationship with God, victory will be yours. Some Christians lack a virile or healthy fellowship and relationship with God, and their approach is solely attacking enemies. However, it doesn’t work that way. Without a strong and meaningful relationship with God, your prayers may not be recognized or honoured.

David’s deep relationship with God allowed him to predict what God would do for him because he knew the heart of God intimately. You cannot be in a total relationship, unbroken communion, and an unblemished life with God, and God will not protect you from your enemies. When you focus on God, He will handle your enemies.

Insight: Develop your relationship and fellowship with God. God is always ready to deal with your enemies when you are in the right relationship with Him.

Prayer: Father, grant me the wisdom to build strong and meaningful relationships and fellowship connections with you, in the name of Jesus.
