…let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.

– Ephesians 4:26-27

Sin can open a door to sickness. Anger, bitterness, and unforgiveness hurt the heart and the body. God does not want you to carry these heavy things.

King David sinned, and trouble came to his home. This shows us that sin has real effects. But God also forgives when we repent. He heals hearts and bodies.

Today, forgive anyone who hurt you. Ask God to forgive you, too. Let peace fill your heart. A clean heart helps you live in health.

Insight: Repentance and forgiveness close doors to sickness.

Prayer: Lord, forgive me and help me to forgive others quickly.
