Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.

Sharing our faith is not merely a suggestion but a commandment from Jesus Himself. As recipients of God’s love and abundant grace, we are called to extend that same love to others, both in our words and actions. Our lives are a testimony to the transformative power of the gospel, and through our witness, others may come to know Christ. This is why our first responsibility is to share.

Boldly proclaiming the gospel requires courage and reliance on the Holy Spirit. Witnessing Jesus is not a gift or fruit of the Spirit, but rather an instruction irrespective of who you are. Several Christians are quick to leave the job of witnessing to Pastors and Evangelists. This is not so. Jesus Christ gave us a command to go. As we step out in faith, the Holy Spirit empowers us to be effective witnesses, equipping us with the words and actions needed to share God’s love with those around us.

Furthermore, our actions speak volumes about our faith. By living out the teachings of Jesus in our daily lives, we demonstrate His love to a world in need. Whether through acts of kindness, generosity, or compassion, we have the opportunity to point others to Jesus. Let us share our faith boldly. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we will become effective witnesses for Jesus, proclaiming His love and grace to all whom we encounter.
