The Holy Spirit works in your heart to help you show good behaviour. These behaviours are called fruit. They grow inside you as you trust and follow God.

When these fruits show in your life, people see Jesus in you. They help you stay kind, calm, patient, and loving even when things feel difficult.

Ask the Holy Spirit today to help you grow these fruits. He will teach you to walk in love and peace.
