Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.

God calls men to lead by example in the church. This leadership is not about power but about love, courage, and faith.
You can lead by praying for others, by showing kindness, by teaching the truth, and by standing firm even when it’s not easy.
The church needs strong men who are gentle, firm, and full of love. You can be that man.
Insight: True leadership in the church is loving and courageous.
Prayer: Lord, help me to be a faithful servant and leader in my church. Amen.
