Daily Delight Devotional – Friday, May 26, 2023

And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

– Luke 17:14, KJV

Jesus saw the lepers but instead of healing them, He told them to go and show themselves to the priest. He was simply saying, I don’t see you as a leper, so go and show yourself to the priest because you are already cleansed.

As soon as Jesus told them to go, they walked the walk of faith. The Bible says, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God – Romans 10:17. They believed the word of Jesus and saw themselves in that word, healed and cleansed as they were walking away.

Until you see yourself in the mirror of God’s word daily, you can’t walk in faith. Your season of unexpected miracles is now, but it takes the force of faith to take the delivery. As you go out today to walk in faith, may you encounter an unbelievable breakthrough in the name of Jesus.

Insight: Release your faith to walk in faith.

Prayer: Father Lord, engrace my life with the word of faith daily to walk in faith in the name of Jesus.
