And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

– Luke 13:12

When Jesus healed the woman who had been bent over for eighteen years, she stood up straight right away. Her healing was complete, but she also had to keep standing in faith. Jesus gave her freedom, and she had to stay free.

Sometimes, after we are healed, old thoughts or fears try to return. You must refuse them. Stand tall in your freedom and say, “I am healed in Jesus’ name.” God wants you to walk with confidence and joy, not fear.

Your healing is not just a one-time event. It is your new life in Christ. Stand firm and do not go back to the old way of thinking. You are free.

Insight: When God sets you free, stay strong and walk in that freedom.

Prayer: Lord, help me to stand tall in the freedom You have given me.
