“Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, and attend to your herds.”
Proverbs 27:23 —
Many believers pray for financial breakthroughs while overlooking one important truth: God blesses faithful stewards. Financial dominion is not simply having more money. It begins with taking responsibility for what God has already placed in your hands.
The Bible reminds us that everything we have belongs to God. Our income, possessions, talents, opportunities, and even our ability to work are gifts entrusted to us by Him. We are not owners; we are stewards. A steward is expected to manage resources wisely and faithfully.
Many financial struggles continue because people avoid facing reality. They know the promises of God but cannot clearly explain how much they earn, how much they spend, what they owe, or where their money goes each month. Yet you cannot improve what you refuse to examine. Financial dominion begins with awareness.
Instead of blaming the economy, your background, your employer, or your circumstances, ask yourself, “Lord, what have You already placed in my hands, and how do You want me to manage it?” When you begin with honesty, God can lead you into wisdom.
Today, make a decision to become a faithful steward of every resource God has entrusted to you.
Insight: Financial dominion begins with accepting responsibility for what God has already given you.
Prayer: Father, help me become a faithful steward. Give me the wisdom to manage every resource You have placed in my hands according to Your will.
