“My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
Exodus 33:14 —
New beginnings do not always mean there will be no challenges. Joshua was entering the Promised Land, but there were still battles ahead. God did not promise him a journey without opposition. He promised him His presence.
Sometimes we become too focused on what could go wrong. We think about the challenges, the people who may oppose us, the resources we do not have, or the mistakes we might make. Fear grows when we focus more on the opposition than on God.
God’s presence changes everything. His presence brings wisdom when you do not know what to do. His presence gives strength when you feel weak. His presence gives courage when the future feels uncertain.
Every elevation may bring new challenges, but every new season also comes with fresh grace. Do not measure your future by the size of the opposition. Measure it by the greatness of the God who goes with you.
Today, shift your attention from what is against you to the One who is with you.
Insight: God’s presence is greater than the opposition before you.
Prayer: Father, help me remain conscious of Your presence. When challenges come, remind me that You are with me and Your grace is enough.
