“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God…”
James 1:5 –
Financial success is not built on human intelligence alone. It begins with divine wisdom. While education, experience, and skills are valuable, God’s wisdom provides direction that human understanding cannot produce.
The Bible teaches that wisdom comes from the Lord. He knows the opportunities to pursue, the relationships to build, the decisions to avoid, and the timing that leads to lasting success. God’s wisdom protects us from costly mistakes and positions us for His blessings.
Many people work hard but still struggle because they rely only on their own understanding. God desires to teach His children how to prosper according to His principles. He invites us to seek Him before making financial decisions, business plans, investments, or career changes.
The Holy Spirit also plays an important role in our financial journey. Jesus promised that the Spirit would guide us into all truth. He gives wisdom, conviction, discipline, and practical insight that help us become faithful stewards.
Today, spend time asking God not merely for financial increase but for wisdom. One decision directed by God’s wisdom can accomplish more than years of human effort.
Insight: Divine wisdom produces financial decisions that bring lasting stability.
Prayer: Father, fill me with Your wisdom. Teach me to make financial decisions that honour You and build a lasting legacy.
