“He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Philippians 1:6 —
David’s journey was not straight. He moved from shepherd to anointed servant, warrior, fugitive, and eventually king.
There were delays, battles, disappointments, and difficult seasons. But God’s hand remained upon him.
The same God is working in your life.
Do not judge your destiny by your present location. You may be in a difficult chapter today, but God may be preparing you for something greater tomorrow.
As this week ends, do not simply ask God for a new opportunity. Ask Him for the fresh oil to sustain it.
Receive fresh wisdom for new decisions. Fresh strength for new responsibilities. Fresh courage for new challenges. Fresh capacity for greater influence. Fresh power to become a blessing to others.
And remember: God does not empower us only for ourselves. The Holy Spirit gives us power so our lives can bring hope, healing, transformation, and the message of Christ to others.
Your story is not over. Your present location is not your final destination.
Step forward with confidence.
God has begun the work, and He is faithful to complete it.
Insight: Do not only enter your new season; enter it empowered by God.
Prayer: Father, I receive fresh oil for the season ahead. Give me grace to begin again, strength to build again, courage to try again, wisdom to do things differently, and power to finish what You have started in me. Use my life for greater impact and for Your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen
