“Speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward.”
Exodus 14:15 —
There are moments in life when moving forward requires courage and faith.
The children of Israel stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s army behind them. They were surrounded by circumstances that appeared impossible.
But God’s instruction was clear: “Go forward.”
God did not ask them to understand everything before moving. He asked them to trust Him and obey.
Sometimes we find ourselves in similar situations. We know God has placed something in our hearts, but fear and uncertainty keep us from taking the next step.
Perhaps you are waiting until you have all the answers. Maybe you are afraid of making mistakes or experiencing another disappointment.
But faith does not always require knowing the entire journey.
You may not know what will happen tomorrow, but you can obey what God has instructed you to do today.
Take that step. Make that decision. Begin the assignment. Trust God for the wisdom and strength you need along the way.
You do not need to know everything before you obey the next instruction.
Do not remain where God has called you to advance.
Insight: Faith moves forward in obedience even when the entire journey is not yet clear.
Prayer: Father, give me courage to move forward. Deliver me from fear, hesitation, and every limitation keeping me in one place. Help me trust Your direction and obey every instruction You give me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
