“He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God.”
Romans 4:20 —
God’s promises do not always become visible immediately.
Joseph received a dream long before he became a leader in Egypt. Between the dream and its fulfilment, he experienced betrayal, slavery, false accusations, and imprisonment.
Yet those difficult experiences did not cancel God’s plan.
Abraham also received a promise from God when there was no natural evidence that it would happen. He continued trusting God while waiting.
Sometimes we become discouraged because we cannot see immediate results from our prayers, preparation, or obedience.
But the absence of visible results does not always mean that nothing is happening.
God may be developing your character, strengthening your faith, increasing your wisdom, and preparing you for greater responsibility.
Do not abandon God’s promise simply because the journey is taking longer than you expected.
Keep trusting Him. Continue doing what is right. Remain faithful with what He has placed in your hands.
A promise can be true long before the evidence appears.
Insight: Faith continues to trust God’s promises even when the results are not yet visible.
Prayer: Father, strengthen my faith in Your promises. Help me remain faithful during seasons of waiting. Give me patience, wisdom, and courage to trust You until Your purpose becomes visible in my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
